Appendix 10200. Subdivision Map Act applicable.

All definitions set forth in Chapter 1, Article 2 of the Subdivision Map Act shall apply to terms used in this article unless otherwise stated. As used in this article, the following definitions apply:

(a)

Advisory agency: "Advisory agency" means and refers to the planning commission.

(b)

Appeal board: "Appeal board" means and refers to the city council.

(c)

County surveyor: "County surveyor" means and refers to the city engineer.

(d)

Local agency: "Local agency" means and refers to the City of Agoura Hills.

(e)

Parcel map: "Parcel map" means a map required for a parcel of land divided into four (4) or fewer parcels.

Tract map: "Tract map" means a map required for a parcel of land divided into five (5) or more parcels.

(g)

Vesting map: "Vesting map" means a map which meets the requirements of Section 10702.
