  • (a)

    Charge admission means the demand and receipt of a tangible benefit, monetary or otherwise, which is a motivating influence for admission to a party. Clearly noncommercial activity such as gifts by guests, sharing of expenses for food and beverages, or reciprocal hospitality shall not be considered to be an admission charge. "Charge admission" does not include a donation for religious, charitable, or political purposes.

    (b)

    Party means five (5) or more persons meeting together for social, recreational or amusement purposes.
