Appendix 3303. Violation; penalty.

(a)

Except as provided in subsection (b), any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction which is punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first violation, a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a second violation within one (1) year and a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each additional violation of this chapter within one (1) year, unless another penalty is provided for in this chapter.
