Appendix 3205. Skateboarding prohibited in certain areas.

(a)

No person shall operate or use any skateboard on any area within a shopping center, including but not limited to any street, sidewalk, pedestrian walkway, or parking area therein.

(b)

No person shall operate or use any skateboard on the grounds of any public school, including but not limited to any street, sidewalk, pedestrian walkway, or parking area therein.

(c)

Violation of this section is hereby deemed to be an infraction and is punishable according to the provisions of section 1200(b) of this Code.
